CHOOSING WHERE YOUR ORDER GOES

At the point of purchase, you can select the delivery location presented to you (home, an alternative address, or a collection point where offered). We recommend a location where reception is feasible. The options available can vary according to destination and the type of products ordered.

CONSOLIDATION & LOGISTICS

To optimise the route, some orders may be consolidated or sent through logistics hubs. This structure lets us manage international flows and local distribution. During these transfers, tracking updates may not be continuous.

INFORMATION PROVIDED TO THE CARRIER

The details necessary for delivery are given to the carrier to enable handover. In certain countries, the carrier may demand a specific address format or supplementary information. If clarification is required, you may be contacted to facilitate delivery.

DELIVERY TO A THIRD PARTY

Should you wish the parcel to be received by someone else, ensure the name stated and the access details are consistent. Depending on the carrier’s rules, authorisation or identification may be requested. Handover remains subject to the applicable delivery procedures.

MANAGING TRACKING ANOMALIES

A tracking status may sometimes appear inconsistent (temporary return, missing scan, updates ceasing). Such situations may correspond to sorting operations or transfers. If the anomaly persists, contact us with the order number so we can assist.

RECEIPT & CONFIRMATION

Following delivery, it is advisable to retain confirmations and, if necessary, proof of handover. In the event of a dispute, these elements can help reconstruct the delivery circumstances. Our team can also support you in gathering the relevant information from the carrier.
